| Resumo: | Este trabalho teve como temática a importância do incentivo à leitura nas séries iniciais do ensino fundamental. A leitura é muito importante para o desenvolvimento da criança em vários aspectos, como escolar, social e cultural. Nesse contexto, é fundamental o estímulo à leitura tanto por parte da escola, como da família. Diante disso, este trabalho teve como foco principal investigar, discutir e refletir sobre esse importante assunto. Trás considerações relativas sobre os benefícios que a leitura propicia para o desenvolvimento cognitivo da criança, o seu papel fundamental na formação do aluno leitor e o quanto esse importante recurso pedagógico pode auxiliar a elevar o aluno do estágio de alfabetização para o letramento. O estudo para a realização deste trabalho concentrou-se em aprofundar o conhecimento com base em vários autores estudiosos do tema, que afirmam a grande contribuição da leitura para a progressão escolar do aluno, sobre a necessidade da escola, família e professor valorizarem esse grandioso recurso educativo. As considerações fundamentadas nos autores apresentados, e também nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, vêm corroborar que o aluno incentivado a ler desde o início da sua vida escolar, desenvolvendo o gosto pela boa leitura desde pequeno, certamente, terá maior rendimento na sua vida escolar e em sua aprendizagem como um todo. Quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos o presente trabalho realizou-se através de revisão bibliográfica. |
| Abstract: | This work had as thematic the importance of encouraging reading in the initial grades of elementary school. Reading is very important for the development of the child in various aspects, such as school, social and cultural. In this context, it is fundamental to stimulate reading both by the school and the family. Therefore, the main focus of this work was to investigate, discuss and reflect on this important subject, and to discuss the benefits of reading for the child’s cognitive development, his / her fundamental role in the formation of the reading learner, and how important this pedagogical resource can help to elevate the student from the literacy stage to the literacy. The study for the accomplishment of this work focused on deepening the knowledge based on several authors of the theme, who affirm the great contribution that the reading provides for the progression of the student, speak of the need of the school, family and teacher to value this great educational resource. The considerations based on the authors presented, as well as on the National Curriculum Parameters, confirm that the student who is encouraged to read from the beginning of his school life, developing a taste for good reading from a young age, will certainly have a higher income in his school life and in their learning as a whole. As for the methodological procedures, the present work was carried out through a bibliographical review. |
