| Resumo: | Com a instabilidade econômica nacional e o declínio do setor da construção civil nos últimos anos, faz-se necessária uma racionalização dos processos produtivos do setor. Para tanto, uma das alternativas é a utilização do sistema construtivo Light Steel Framing (LSF). Dito isto, o presente estudo realizou uma análise comparativa de custos do LSF em relação ao sistema construtivo convencional em uma edificação em Pato Branco-Pr, visando originar insumos para posteriores analises de implantação deste tipo de construção na região. Após apresentação dos projetos de cada método construtivo, realizou-se a composição de custos de ambos os sistemas e a precificação destes através de duas fontes: a tabela da SINAPI e o mercado local; realizou-se, então, um comparativo orçamentário entre os sistemas. Constatou-se, por fim, que o custo total da construção analisada utilizando o sistema LSF foi superior ao custo da mesma com o sistema convencional em 15%. No entanto, esta análise não considera os custos indiretos e o tempo de construção, que são vantajosos ao LSF. Apesar de ainda não ser amplamente difundido na região, o sistema LSF está se expandindo e ganhando seu espaço no mercado, e espera-se que este trabalho contribua nesta ascensão. |
| Abstract: | With the national economic instability and the construction setor’s decline in recent years, it’s necessary to rationalize the productive processes of the sector. Therefore, one of the alternatives is the use of Light Steel Framing (LSF). That said, the present study made a comparative analysis of costs of LSF in relation to the conventional building system in a construction in Pato Branco-Pr, aiming to provide inputs for further analysis of the construction of this type of structure in the region. After presenting the projects of each construction method, the cost composition of both systems was performed and then the pricing of these systems was done through two sources: the SINAPI table and the local market; A budget comparison between the systems was carried out. Finally, it was verified that the total cost of the construction analyzed using the LSF system was higher than the cost of the same with the conventional system in 15%. However, this analysis does not consider the indirect costs and the construction time, which are advantageous to the LSF. Although not yet widespread in the region, the LSF system is expanding and gaining market share, and it is hoped that this work will contribute to this rise. |
