| Resumo: | O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar e levantar os aspectos históricos, sociais e físicos existentes, e a partir disso elaborar o projeto arquitetônico de uma Aldeia de casas lares na cidade de Curitiba, onde o espaço físico possa atender todas as necessidades do seu público, sendo também um fator colaborador na conexão dos menores abrigados com a sociedade. Busca-se criar uma estrutura funcional, cumprindo as definições elaboradas pelo Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social no documento “Orientações Técnicas: Serviços de Acolhimento para crianças e adolescentes” (2009), que possa auxiliar no crescimento e aprendizado dos acolhidos e desfaça a barreira social existente entre a comunidade externa e o sistema de acolhimento institucional, visando promover a liberdade da vida comunitária com segurança e conforto. Baseado então no levantamento da condição do menor em regime de acolhimento institucional ao longo da história do Brasil, apontando as falhas existentes nos serviços de acolhimento no País, bem como trazendo referências nacionais e internacionais, propõe-se um projeto arquitetônico que com a mescla de fatores físicos e psicossociais irá atender a este público assim como a comunidade envolvida nos aspectos determinantes para aproximar as unidades de acolhimento de um padrão projetual e construtivo que garanta a integridade de todos os que tem parte na funcionalidade destas construções, em especial dos menores acolhidos. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to analyze and gather the historical, social and structural existing aspects , in order to elaborate an architectural design of a Children Village in the city of Curitiba, which may cater all the needs of their public, being also a collaborating factor to the connection between the society and the homeless children. The intention is to create a functional structure, complying with the definitions drawn up by the Ministry of Social Development in the “Orientações Técnicas: Serviços de Acolhimento para crianças e adolescentes” (2009), which can aid the growth and learning of sheltered children and undo the existing social restraint between the external community and the institutional care system, to promote the freedom of community life safely and comfortably.Then based on the survey of condition in children shelter system throughout the history of Brazil, pointing out the flaws in childcare services in the country and bringing national and international references, it is proposed an architectural design that with the mix of physical and psychosocial factors will cater to this audience as well as the community involved in key aspects for approaching the sheltering units to the architectural design and construction standards with the aim of ensure the integrity of all that those who have part in the functionality of these buildings, especially the children and adolescents in social vulnerability condition. |
