| Resumo: | O século XXI é marcado pelo questionamento dos padrões sociais, econômicos e políticos, e a constante evolução das tecnologias e das mídias, trazendo à sociedade contemporânea uma diversidade de arranjos familiares e a modificação das funções da moradia. Devido a estes fatores, torna-se imprescindível a revisão do espaço habitacional, para que este se adapte a uma sociedade em incessante mudança. Como resposta à está situação, a flexibilidade na arquitetura se torna uma opção a ser estudada, pois esta estratégia possibilita a adequação da moradia as necessidades momentâneas e futuras dos diferentes arranjos familiares da sociedade contemporânea. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo criar um embasamento teórico, iniciado pela análise da produção habitacional no decorrer da história e as tendências populacionais da atualidade, procedendo com a compreensão dos conceitos de flexibilidade, analisando o histórico, os seus tipos e as soluções construtivas para atingi-la, e por fim, a identificação do local escolhido, o bairro Centro de Curitiba, tendo como intenção possibilitar o desenvolvimento de uma habitação flexível no bairro Centro de Curitiba. |
| Abstract: | The changes in economic, political and social standards, and the constant evolution of technologies and media, bringing to contemporary society a diversity of family arrangements and the modification of housing functions. Due to these factors, it is essential to review the living space, so that it adapts to a everchanging society. As a answer to this situation, flexibility in architecture becomes an interesting option, since this strategy allows the adaptation of housing to the momentary and future needs of the different family arrangements of contemporary society. The present work aims to create a theoretical basis to enabling the development of a flexible housing in the center of Curitiba. Initiated by the analysis of the housing production in the course of history and the current population trends, then with the understanding of the concepts of flexibility, analyzing the history, its types and the constructive solutions to reach, and finally, the identification of the chosen location, the downtown of Curitiba. |
