| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como foco a elaboração de um projeto arquitetônico para a implantação de uma nova unidade do Serviço Social do Comércio (SESC) em Curitiba, Paraná. A proposta visa criar um espaço que ofereça oportunidades de cultura, esporte e lazer para a comunidade, com o intuito de promover o bem-estar social e a qualidade de vida dos trabalhadores do comércio, seus familiares e a população em geral. Por meio de uma abordagem metodológica que envolveu pesquisas bibliográficas, estudos de casos e análises de normas técnicas, o projeto buscou embasar-se em conceitos e práticas que valorizam a importância do lazer, da atividade física e do convívio social para o desenvolvimento humano. A partir da compreensão da relevância desses elementos para a promoção de uma sociedade mais justa e democrática, a proposta arquitetônica busca atender às necessidades e demandas da comunidade local, proporcionando espaços inclusivos e acessíveis a todos os segmentos da população. Ao longo deste trabalho, serão apresentados os fundamentos teóricos que embasaram a concepção do projeto, bem como as etapas de pesquisa, análise e interpretação da realidade que nortearam a elaboração da proposta arquitetônica para a nova unidade do SESC em Curitiba. Espera-se que este estudo contribua para a reflexão sobre a importância do planejamento urbano e arquitetônico na promoção do bem-estar e da qualidade de vida da população, destacando o papel fundamental que espaços como o SESC desempenham na promoção do encontro. |
| Abstract: | This work is based on the elaboration of an architectural project for the implementation of a new unity of the Comercial Social Service (SESC) in Curitiba, Paraná. The proposal aims to create a space that offers cultural, sports and leisure opportunities for the community, with the aim of promoting the social well-being and quality of life of commercial workers, their families and the population in general. Through a methodological approach that involved bibliographical research, case studies and analysis of technical standards, the project sought to be based on concepts and practices that value the importance of leisure, physical activity and social interaction for human development. Based on the understanding of the relevance of these elements for promoting a fairer and more democratic society, the architectural proposal seeks to meet the needs and demands of the local community, providing inclusive and accessible spaces for all segments of the population. Throughout this work, the theoretical foundations that supported the project’s conception will be presented, as well as the stages of research, analysis and interpretation of reality that guided the elaboration of the architectural proposal for the new SESC unit in Curitiba. It is hoped that this study will contribute to reflection on the importance of urban and architectural planning in promoting the well-being and quality of life of the population, highlighting the fundamental role that spaces like SESC play in promoting encounters. |
