Análise estrutural com o programa TQS de edifício em concreto armado com pilares em desaprumo

Abstract

With the growing demand for real estate in large cities, the need for verticalization of buildings is increasing. Accompanying this growth, the number of occurrences of geometric imperfections also tends to grow, causing inconvenience among condominiums and construction companies, mainly due to doubts about the safety of the building and the negative visual impact caused. Out of plumb pillars can lead to a compromise of the local and global stability of the structure. The present work aims to analyze and compare the performance of a structure in two different situations: in the first situation, the ground floor pillars will be out of plumb; and in the second, the pillars of the building will be free from pathological manifestations. The computational analysis of the structural elements of the building will be carried out with the help of the TQS software. After the design of the structures by the software, it was found that in all pillars there were variations in at least one of the analyzed data due to out of plumbness. The results of the structural simulation showed that a large amount of out of plumb can cause damage to the structure, requiring structural reinforcement.
