Abstract

It is essential the growth and evolution of processes, companies and industries, from that point, thinking about the development of new products, a prototype of a portable load carrier was developed, applied to photovoltaic panels. In this work, it is shown how this development took place, showing how the current process of lifting the photovoltaic panels occurs, and how it is carried out from the conveyor, while still in the course of the work, the structural design, structural static simulations, electrical design, components manufactured and field monitoring of the cargo carrier prototype, being used for lifting photovoltaic panels and also some materials in the civil construction sector. Finally, there were good results with the cargo carrier, positive feedback from the companies that used the carrier, validating the project and making the investment in the carrier viable.
