Resumo: The Network to Combat Violence against Children and Adolescents was established in Itapetininga in 2010, with the intention of articulating the responsible bodies in the prevention and combat of this kind of occurrence in the municipality, being regulated by the municipal law nº 6,167 of November 18, 2016, which contributed to the creation of a flow of information among the Municipal Secretariats of Social Promotion, Health and Education, establishing a system of notifications on cases of violence. Other partners are part of the network and the articulation between all still presents some flaws that can harm the service to the victims. With this work, we outline the work of this network in Itapetininga, achieved achievements and aspects that deserve attention so that it becomes even more effective. We used a questionnaire that was answered by the Network Coordinator, representative of the Secretariat of Social Promotion, Cristina Sayuri Akiyoshi Dias Batista. It was found that the networking in order to cope with infantile-juvenile violence in Itapetininga allowed to improve data regarding this type of occurrence in the municipality, but that communication among the participating organs of the network still needs to be more effective.
Abstract: This research presents an investigation into users' perceptions regarding the quality of services, quality of space, accommodation, and the attendance of employees, among others, from the point of view of the population that uses the Dr. Júlio Prestes de Albuquerque Municipal Library space. We used the questionnaire method with closed questions and one open to users to express their opinion, 79 users responded. It was identified that even with some criticism of the services and collection we can observe that in general the Municipal Library Dr. Júlio Prestes de Albuquerque, has a good concept and a good image before the community, for offering a good space for the study and cultural activities.
