A estagnação social acentuada pela falta de transporte público coletivo no bairro da Caximba, município de Apiaí - SP

Abstract

This paper aims to raise the eyes of state and municipal Apiaí - SP, for the creation of public policies aimed at providing transportation services to residents of the District Caximba. This far only a few kilometers from the headquarters of the city suffers from problems of lack of infrastructure, sanitation, housing, education, employment. Well seen, these are rights that the Brazilian Constitution contemplates and provides for all. However, the population of the district Caximba see themselves as excluded economically, professionally and socially while at the mercy of little or no opportunity for social engagement. Given this reality of extreme poverty and stagnation itself to which they are subjugated is that this study was designed to seek viable solutions to solve the problems mentioned. Thus, methodologically was constructed through literature searches in conjunction with a Case Study. This procedure sought to ingratiate his bond in the theoretical and practical knowledge and a description of the reality of the poor and socially stagnant. This situation is aggravated by the lack of public transportation and public transportation that would allow him to seek employment, income, local and personal development. Anyway, for a decent livelihood and security of all their rights as citizens critical, participatory and processors of their own stories.
