Pregão como modalidade de licitação: um estudo comparativo com outras modalidades na prefeitura municipal de Pindamonhangaba/SP

Abstract

This work addressed the subject Cry as modality of bidding: a comparative study with other modalities in City Hall Pindamonhangaba/SP, having to analyze comparatively the modality of bidding cry with other modalities, beneath the viewpoint of efficiency and effectiveness, and specifically: Describe characteristics legal and operational; describe advantages and disadvantages the perspective of scholars; characterize indicators efficiency and effectiveness and comparative analysis of modalities. Initially was performed a search bibliographic, who report being sought positions of scholars on the subject, and then approached a study case with documents and reports public access City Hall Pindamonhangaba, that by means of the indicators results demonstrated the modality cry is more advantageous instead of modalities traditional, presenting a real time gain, economy, and promoting greater participation of bidders.
