Avaliação dos níveis de ruído de uma montadora e dos protetores auditivos fornecidos

Abstract

Several tractor automaker companies are installing your factories on Parana state, creating a huge quantity of jobs, bringing with this, the local growing. Companies in this sector must always be aware with the subject of work safety, especially for the occupational hygiene area, which affect straight in the health of employees. In occupational environments, which can create high noises, is indicated the use of personal protection equipment’s (PPE), besides of measures to reduce the level of the noises, to protect the hearing of the exposed employees. This study aimed measure the level of environmental noises produced in an automaker, situated on the metropolitan area of Curitiba-PR. The level of noise was measured by the whole work journey of employees in several sectors, being removed the dosimeter only on the lunch time, and then reattached again after that. After measurements, it was observed the values, and in many sectors it was reached values above the Level of Action (LA), and above the Limit of tolerance (LT), based on the Regulatory Norm (NR 15), and for these sectors which were above, it was verify the personal protection equipment, and the auricular protection, verifying if these attenuate the enough, for the values remain below the level of action. The conclusion it’s the (PPE) provided by the company have the enough attenuation for the NPS availed on sectors, being needed only on the Solda LWS sector, perform the replacement of the pre-molding hearing protector for the damper model, making all the sectors of the company with the NPS below NA.
