| Resumo: | No presente trabalho foi realizada uma análise intersemiótica baseada na intermidialidade entre o livro Harry Potter e o Prisioneiro de Azkaban (2000), da autora J. K. Rowling, e o filme homônimo de 2004. Levando em conta que a obra não é consagrada pela crítica literária por ser enquadrada no gênero Best-seller e pertencer, portanto, a uma literatura de massa, pretende-se por meio da realização desta análise, valorizá-la devido as suas particularidades como uma Fantasy Novel e sua importância na formação de novos leitores. Por meio de uma discussão sobre as teorias da adaptação, objetivou-se mediante um levantamento de dados, verificar de forma contrastiva e dialógica a potencialidade do cruzamento de discursos. Ao fim desta análise crítica da transmutação de uma mídia à outra, pôde-se perceber, pelos elementos explorados pela monografia, que a adaptação consiste no diálogo criativo com a obra de partida na medida em que se constitui a interpretação da narrativa literária e, a partir do potencial da linguagem cinematográfica possibilitou adicionar as características da direção de Alfonso Cuarón. |
| Abstract: | In this monograph an inter-media analysis was carried out between the book Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2000), by the author JK Rowling, and the film of the same name of 2004. Considering that the book is not consecrated by the literary critic because belongs to the genre Best-seller and therefore is a mass literature. It is intended through the accomplishment of this analysis, to valorize it to it particularities as a Fantasy Novel and its importance in the formation of new readers. Through a discussion of the theories of adaptation, it was objected by means of a survey of data, to verify in a contrastive and dialogical way the potentiality of the intersection of discourses. At the end of this critical analysis of the transmutation of one media to the other, was possible perceive from the elements explored by the monograph that adaptation consists of creative dialogue with the work of departure insofar as the interpretation of the literary narrative is constituted, and from the potential of cinematographic language made it possible to add the characteristics of the direction of Alfonso Cuarón. |
