| Resumo: | Para desenvolver um projeto arquitetônico, primeiramente desenvolveu-se habilidades culturais e artísticas, o abrigo tornou-se habitação quando o homem nômade teve consciência de sua cultura e transformou o refúgio dos animais e perigos em um lar. A arquitetura muda o ambiente físico e transforma a cultura, durante muitos anos percebeu-se a cultura humana descrita através das habitações, consequentemente do urbano, o ato de habitar também acaba gerando uma cultura regional, onde todos os habitantes se enquadram em um padrão social, variando conforme suas particularidades. Assim transcrever o homem através das cidades é projetar sua cultura e hábitos advindos desde os nômades com a edificação de um lar. Baseado no desenvolvimento da tecnologia computacional e novos métodos no ato de projetar, um estudo com ênfase em um método determinado por uma norma técnica para projeto arquitetônico juntamente com bibliografias referentes ao assunto, geram diretrizes para o projetar de uma residência unifamiliar. As referências informam o leitor para aprimorar-se e entender mais o quesito do projeto arquitetônico. A importância do projeto arquitetônico no ato de habitar e na formulação de projetos complementares sucessores é relevante e o projeto pode seguir o método da NBR 13532 – Elaboração de Projetos de Edificações– Arquitetura. Mesmo utilizando uma normatização a elaboração dos projetos preliminares e elementos arquitetônicos seguem o padrão do projetista, mas a normatização é um roteiro útil para os acadêmicos e profissionais iniciantes, também projetar o conforto do usuário através da NBR 15220 – Desempenho Térmico de Edificações. O projeto é realizado e parâmetros são apresentados para ilustrar e aprimorar o conhecimento na área, como o intuito de ocasionar uma melhoria na percepção do leitor com as construções e o meio urbano que habita. O trabalho é finalizado com o objetivo geral e os objetivos específicos atendidos, o projeto arquitetônico é apresentado e demonstrado através de soluções encontradas pelo projetista. |
| Abstract: | To develop an architectural project, cultural and artistic skills we are first developed, the shelter became housing when the nomadic man became aware of his culture and transformed the shelter of animals and dangers into a home. The architecture changes the physical environment and transforms the culture, for many years the human culture described through the dwellings was observed, consequently of the urban, the act of inhabiting also ends up generating a regional culture, where all the inhabitants fit in a social standard, Varying according to their particularities. Thus to transcribe the man through the cities is to project his culture and habits coming from the nomads with the edification of a home. Based on the development of computational technology and new methods in design, a study with an emphasis on a method determined by a technical standard for architectural design along with bibliographies related to the subject, generate guidelines for the design of a single-family residence. The references inform the reader to get better and better understand the architectural project. The importance of the architectural project in the act of housing and in the formulation of complementary successor projects is relevant and the project can follow the method of NBR 13532 - Elaboration of Projects of Buildings - Architecture. Even using a standardization, the preparation of the preliminary designs and architectural elements follow the pattern of the designer, but the standardization is a useful route for academics and beginner professionals, also designing the comfort of the user through the NBR 15220 - Thermal Performance of Buildings. The project is carried out and parameters are presented to illustrate and improve the knowledge in the area, in order to bring about an improvement in the reader's perception of the buildings and the urban environment they inhabit. The work is finished with the general objective and the specific objectives served, the architectural design is presented and demonstrated through solutions found by the designer. |
