| Resumo: | Pode-se observar, em face das transformações que o ensino em contabilidade vem sofrendo no decorrer dos anos e, pela demanda de docentes que se faz necessário para as instituições de ensino, que se torna frequente a inserção dos bacharéis contábeis na área da docência, sem que os mesmos tenham tido conteúdos em sua grade curricular, tanto de formação quanto de especialização, voltadas para tal área profissional. Em vista disso, procurou-se responder-se o seguinte questionamento: Qual a Percepção de Docentes e Discentes quanto ao ensino no curso de Ciências Contábeis na Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – Câmpus Pato Branco? O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi o de identificar a percepção de ambos quanto aos métodos de ensino que são utilizados na Universidade, procurando confrontar os resultados obtidos a fim de apontar quais os quesitos que poderiam ser aperfeiçoados na instituição, tanto por docentes quanto por discentes, visando desta forma, maximizar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, incentivando o aperfeiçoamento mútuo na práxis pedagógica pelo compartilhamento de métodos utilizados dentre os docentes e pelos resultados obtidos dentre os discentes na aplicação destes métodos. A coleta de dados foi feita com a aplicação de questionários para os docentes e discentes do curso de Bacharelado em Ciências Contábeis da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – Câmpus Pato Branco. A pesquisa é classificada quanto aos procedimentos como um Levantamento e quanto aos objetivos como descritiva. O problema da pesquisa foi abordado de forma qualitativa. Observou-se por meio dos resultados que as percepções dos discentes e docentes quanto aos três quesitos propostos na pesquisa apresentam algumas disparidades quando analisado os docentes individualmente, denotando que o aperfeiçoamento das práticas pedagógicas precisam ser repensadas no âmbito acadêmico. Visando isso fora feito sugestões para próximas pesquisas com o intuito de culminar na excelência da prática de ensino-aprendizagem em contabilidade. De forma geral, as percepções de docentes e discentes ficam próximas nos três quesitos analisados, oscilando entre 8,20 e 7,19 as médias gerais entre as auto avaliações dos dez docentes e dos questionários dos 117 discentes respondentes. |
| Abstract: | Because of the transformations that the teaching of accounting is going through as the years go by, and by the search for teachers needed to the teaching institutions, it is possible to notice that the insertion of the accounting bachelors is becoming frequente in the teaching area, even if these people did not have contente in their curriculum, being it in education as well as in specialization, aiming at such professional area. With that in mind, we strove to answer to the following question: What are the perceptions of teachers and students about the teaching in the Accounting Sciences course in the Technological Federal University of Paraná – Pato Branco’s Campus? The general objective of the research was to identify the perceptions of both groups about the teaching methods used in the University, trying to confront the obtained results, trying to highlight which issues could be improved in the institution, being it by teachers as well as students ,this way, aiming to maximize the teaching/learning process, encouraging the mutual improving in the pedagogical praxis by sharing the methods used among the teachers and by the results obtained among students in the application of these methods. The collecting of data was made with the application of questionaires to the teachers and students of the Baccalaureate in Accounting Sciences course of the Technological Federal University of Paraná – Pato Branco’s Campus. Because of its procedures, the research is classified as a survey and because of its objectives, as descriptive. The research’s problem was treated in a qualitative way. It was observed through the results that the perception of the learners and teachers about the three items placed in the search show some disparities, when analyzed the teachers individually demonstrating that the improvements of the pedagogical practices need to be reviewed in the academic environment. Bearing in mind this was made suggestions for the next researches with the intention of achieving in the excellence of the practice for teaching-learning in accounting. Generally speaking, the perceptions of teachers and learners are nearby in the three items analyzed, fluctuate between 8.20 and 7.19 the general averages between the self-assessments of the 10 teachers and of the questionnaires of 117 respondents students. |
