Utilização do planejamento estratégico no desenvolvimento do setor de logística de uma construtora

Abstract

The construction sector has large growth rates in recent years in our country, with economic advancement, population increase and power consumption provided by financing facility, thus being further studies of the administrative sector for construction become viable. The logistics of construction is unique and different from other sectors, and the construction site is limited and low potential storage space. The study about the development implementation of strategic planning in the logistics of construction is necessary due to manpower, the cost of production/construction, limited storage space and to reduce the distance from the material to the construction place, accordingly, the following search was conducted. This paper aims to analyze how the strategic planning tool can contribute to the development of the logistics sector a construction, using the study sample as a construction work on a construction of Pato Branco, Paraná, in which there is way to docking losses and reverse logistics, and analysis of the purchasing and inventory control of construction site analysis process. To develop this study, the methodology of Action Research, where researchers were present in four meetings held by the builder, giving opinions logistics improvement, and performing analysis of applications of these suggestions was used, in order to reduce losses and expenses, with a better performance of the work in less time. Suggestions for improvements, where many were accepted and showing instant results presented in this paper were performed.
