Cama inteligente para monitoramento de parâmetros de saúde para a terceira idade

Abstract

With technological advances, more and more ideas have emerged that aim to bring an improvement in people’s way of life, the so-called assistive technologies. This work aims to read and monitor the health parameters of elderly people, still in their beds, whether on waking up, at the time of falling asleep, or at any other time of the day, also aiming to take care of elderly people who have problems with locomotion. The reading of the parameters can be done using a bracelet and a device that will be attached to the finger. The work is based on an intelligent bed, which has sensors to measure parameters, and has a system for displaying real-time data on an LCD display, and/or on a local web server page. For this, ESP32 was used in order to process the data from the sensors. The system also provides a report with the last health parameters obtained. The use of sensors, web page implementation codes, the development of the intended circuit and the necessary adjustments are discussed, in addition to the results obtained through the work, which are shown in table and graphic form.
