| Resumo: | Este trabalho apresenta o estudo do layout de uma nova fábrica de pequeno porte para sucos de laranja. A partir da análise das características do mercado observou-se a crescente demanda por sucos naturais, não concentrados. Com o estudo da oferta de laranjas na região metropolitana de Curitiba optou-se pelo projeto da implantação de uma fábrica na capital, devido à pequena distância aos potenciais fornecedores. A partir da relação volume e variedade selecionou-se um processo produtivo em linha. Com o devido estudo do processo produtivo e usando-se ferramentas consolidadas e novas técnicas para obter o layout de maior eficiência, e utilizando a legislação foi possível realizar a correta seleção dos equipamentos. Realizada a seleção dos equi- pamentos iniciou-se o estudo sistemático do layout, onde obteve-se êxito na aplicação de critérios qualitativos do Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) para o procedimento de Pairwise Exchange Method (PEM) com o software Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique (CRAFT) na seleção de um layout mais eficiente. Após a seleção do layout realizou-se o detalhamento do layout específico e desenvolvimento do memorial descritivo das instalações e equipamentos. Realizados os documentos legais propostos iniciou-se o estudo da viabilidade do projeto. Para a implantação deste projeto chegou-se em um payback de nove anos, com um Valor Presente Líquido de R$ 2.532.354,71 em dez anos e empregando vinte e um funcionários diretamente. |
| Abstract: | This work presents the study of the layout of a small new factory for orange juice. From the analysis of the characteristics of the market, there is a growing demand for natural juices, not concentrates. With the study of the supply of oranges in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, we opted for the project of setting up a factory in the capital, due to the short distance to potential suppliers. From the volume and variety relationship, an online production process was selected. With the due study of the production process and using consolidated tools and new techniques to obtain the most efficient layout and using legislation to enable the correct selection of equipment. After selecting the equipment, the systematic layout study was started, where the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) qualitative criteria for the Pairwise Exchange Method (PEM) procedure were successfully applied using the Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique software. (CRAFT) in the selection of the most efficient design. After a selection of the realization design, the details of the specific design and development of the descriptive memorial of the installations and equipment. Once the proposed legal documents were completed, the feasibility study of the project began. For the implementation of this project, a nine-year payback was reached, with a Net Present Value of R $ 2.532.354,71 in ten years and directly employing twenty-one employees. |
