Os desafios da inclusão radical

Abstract

This research presents a discussion about the inclusion of students with special educational difficulties - SEN in regular schools, with emphasis on the challenges of radical inclusion. The guarantee of rights of access and permanence with a commitment to education for all, with quality and respect for differences is the great theme of this study. Seeking grants for new ways to cope with varied manifestations of exclusion in schools. The study combined qualitative research of bibliographical and field, by applying reflective questions. And the inclusion is now a worldwide movement that imposes increasingly, at school. As a result the school needs to restructure to provide an adequate education to the needs of all students, which creates some difficulties for professionals involved in this process. This study also aimed to investigate these difficulties. Thus causing the school to reflect on the principles of this new paradigm, ranging from living with these students in the same space until a change in the organization of the whole school pedagogical work. Thus, all individuals should be guaranteed their right to access and remain in the free public school quality, thus enabling independent living and a critical reading of the facts in everyday life. Thus analyzed the entire trajectory of special education from the earliest times to the present day, the transformation that has occurred through the man in the process of humanization. And through the survey conducted in the city on specialized education brought relevant information at the municipal and state levels, as well as the characterization of attendance and their locus in the special school and regular school. Resulting in reflections on various aspects such as the social function of the school, the types of specialized education in this school, the types of inclusive movements and the role of the teacher.
