| Resumo: | Este trabalho teve como temática a representação feminina nos livros didáticos de história nas décadas de 1980 e 1990. Teve como objetivo investigar o modo como os livros didáticos representam a participação da mulher na história, ou seja, buscaram-se aspectos que apontassem a participação feminina nos fatos históricos que são relatados nos livros didáticos e disponibilizados para o ensino dos alunos. Durante a pesquisa foi discorrido sobre a história da mulher e do livro didático no Brasil. Ainda, a exploração das fontes deu-se no momento em que foram investigados e analisados livros didáticos de história a fim de trazer para o leitor como este material didático retrata, ou omite a presença das mulheres na constituição da história nacional. Podem-se constatar nos livros analisados, aspectos que se mostraram voltados para a formação crítica do aluno, na busca por quebrar a história centrada na figura heroica, porém, a omissão da participação feminina na constituição da história, ou mesmo as organizações criadas por elas, não ganham espaço ou elementos nas páginas destes livros. Assim, cabe aqui incentivar professores e alunos a irem além das páginas dos livros. Ao professor cabe a função de dar voz aos omitidos da história, e aos estudantes a oportunidade de conhecer as lutas travadas pelas mulheres na história. |
| Abstract: | This research had as its theme the feminine representation in history textbooks from the 1980s to 1990s. Our objective was to investigate the way textbooks depict the woman’s participation in history, that is, we looked for aspects that pointed to the feminine participation in historical facts that are reported in textbooks and made available for teaching to students. During this research, we also expatiated on the woman’s history and the textbook’s history in Brazil. Also, the investigation of sources took place at the moment in which History textbooks were analyzed and researched in order to bring the reader how this didactic material represents, or omits, the women’s presence in the constitution of national history. We could determine, in the analyzed books, aspects that were directed to the critical formation of the student in search of breaking the history centered in the heroic figure, however, the omission of the feminine participation in the constitution of history, or even in organizations created by them, do not gain space or elements in the pages of these books. So, we believe that teachers and students should be motivated to go beyond the pages of the books. The teachers have the role of providing voice to the excluded ones in history, and the students should have the opportunity of learning about the struggles and conflicts women went through in history. |
