Implantação de um sistema de manutenção informatizado no laboratório J-25 UTFPR – Campus Medianeira

Abstract

This study consists on the implantation of a computerized maintenance system in mechanical process J-25, from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – Campus Medianeira. For the emplementation of this study was used a maintenance managemente software and it was installed in a laptop. The equipments selection to be used in computerized maintenance system implementation and all the machine elements were listed ups. The equipment was enrolled in the software and preventive maintenance were developed for them. For each preventive maintenance a default procedure was made for it execution, there is a list of all individual protection equipment for use, an equipment deenergizing according to NR10, necessary tools for work, a list of spare parts, mounting and dismantling procedure of components and the equipment reenergination according to NR10. Whith the maintenance management software, an electronic database is formed, avoiding the storage and paper’s acumulation, and a quick and easy access to each equipment históric enrolled on it.
