Responsabilidade civil do profissional de educação física

Abstract

The Physical Education professionals work directly with life, providing services to third parties, have legal relationship with people and perform activities that can cause damage to the rights of their clients. So they must show knowledge of the Civil Responsibility of the Professional Physical Education. In this direction, the objective of this study is to verify the level of knowledge of the graduates of the course of Bachelor of Physical Education of the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTPFR) on their rights, duties and professional, ethical and civil responsibilities. The study was conducted with 13 professional graduates of the course of Physical Education UTFPR. An online questionnaire with 15 questions was applied, these three subjective to evaluate the proposed objectives. It was concluded that professionals trained by UTFPR have an insufficient level sufficient to knowledge about their civil responsibility, rights and duties, showing also that many admit a lack of knowledge, but some have no awareness of the importance of such information canvass for their professional performance.
