Aplicação do método AHP em um sistema de tomadas de decisões generalizadas

Abstract

This work aims to demonstrate the development of a web-based system for support in individual or group decision making. Often people involved in situations where there is a need to make decisions based solely on subjectivity, which can bring about change in a given decision-making process. In that sense, what was on the right track, it can be diverted to a wrong turn. You can also forward this to succeed, however, in these two cases there are two problematic issues: uncertainty and insecurity. To mitigate the consequences of these issues is advised that decision-making processes are methodological. It can be cited as examples of this practice the methods MacBeth (Bana e Costa, 1997), Electre (Figueira et al., 2005), Analytical Hierarchy Process (Saaty, 1991), among others. In this work, we opted for the AHP. Thus, the proposed system was constructed to contemplate the AHP characteristics, thus generating the first version of a tool that enhances the dynamics and safety in decision-making processes.
