Usabilidade em tecnologia computacional destinada a pequenos produtores rurais

Abstract

This work features a study of the usability of Software developed for farmers and aims: (1) identify the indicators to evaluate the usability of the Software; (2) develop a template to evaluate the usability of the Software; (3) create a set of items to evaluate the usability of the Software; and (4) analyze the usability of the Software. For this, a descriptive quantitative research was carried out with 199 producers of Missal, Santa Helena, Itaipulândia, Medaneira, Serranópolis do Iguaçu, Matelândia, Céu Azul and Ramilândia, in the west of the Parana state, searching, based on the statistical analysis, to identify, what level of usability can be found in the Software that was developed. The result shows that AgData-Box software has an evaluation of usability level of 55,4, being that only the category, maximize the productivity has an evaluation above 70% of usability, while ease of learning, maximize the satisfaction of the user, facility to memorize and to minimize the rate of errors, has a low evaluation of 70%, being these are the critical points to be dealt with after analyzing the data.
