| Resumo: | A presente pesquisa tem como foco a população LGBTQIAPN+ em situação de risco e vulnerabilidade bem como a produção da cultura viva como instrumento de cuidado e acolhimento no município de Curitiba. O trabalho, em sua contextualização, apresenta o histórico de luta da comunidade e seus desdobramentos sociais relacionados às problemáticas da atualidade. Nele, são apresentadas noções acerca do desenvolvimento da boa arquitetura e definições relacionadas ao acolhimento institucional transitório, fundamentais à estruturação do projeto proposto. Além disso, são feitas relações entre os centros culturais, a produção da cultura viva e a arteterapia como instrumento de tratamento do trauma. Através da interpretação da estatística, fica evidenciada a urgência do acolhimento e da valorização da vida de uma comunidade que vive às margens da exclusão. A pesquisa apresenta, ainda, diante da diretriz projetual do restauro, a valorização do patrimônio histórico e a defesa da ação cultural em meio ao reuso do antigo Hotel Tassi. Como resultado, tem-se a proposição de um Centro de Acolhimento e Ação Cultural que visa não somente o cuidado, o acolhimento e a valorização das individualidades, mas também a produção da arte e o compartilhar do respeito. |
| Abstract: | The present research focuses on the LGBTQIAPN+ population at risk and vulnerability as well as the production of living culture as a tool of care and welfare in the municipality of Curitiba. The work, in its contextualization, presents the history of the community’s struggle and its social developments related to current problems. It presents notions about the development of good architecture and definitions related to transitional institutional residence, necessary to the structure of the proposed programme. In addition, connections are made between cultural centres, the production of living culture and art therapy as an instrument of treatment of trauma. Through the interpretation of statistics, the urgency of accommodation and enhancing the life of a community that lives on the brink of exclusion is highlighted. The research also presents, in the face of the project directive of the restoration, the valuation of the historical heritage and the defense of cultural action amid the reuse of the old Hotel Tassi. As a result, we have the proposal of a Centre of Accommodation and Cultural Action that aims not only for the care, the reception and the appreciation of individualities, but also the production of art and the sharing of respect. |
