Proposta de um programa de inovação colaborativa para empresa de grande porte do mercado imobiliário

Abstract

The impact of the low level of technological development on the real estate market as a whole is increasingly evident, which uses resources efficiently and effectively. This also applies to the other departments of these organizations, with their management processes, work tools, technological solutions, marketing strategies, and business models, among other points of improvement and attention. Focusing on activities secondary to civil construction, the following work proposes a program of collaborative innovation in a large company in the real estate market that operates in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, EZTEC. The proposed program follows a flow with phases, steps, and tools – named by the author as a palindrome of collaborative innovation – that starts from a program of ideas, connecting with some of the primary development methodologies such as design thinking, lean startup, and scrum. As a result, the proposal joined different moments of the innovation process, promoting and helping the development of ideas into more viable solutions. Finally, this study presents the conclusions and future works of the author and the corporate innovation team, intending disseminate the program to the entire organization.
