Percepção das finanças pessoais aplicada a alunos de graduação em ciências contábeis

Abstract

Financial Education is a theme that has been gaining shape in the national economic scenario, mainly after the stabilization of the Real Plan. In this research, it is proposed the discussion between the graduation relationship with the financial life of the students of the Accounting Sciences course of a Higher Education Institution in the Southwest of Paraná, and how this is influential to the students from the academic training provided. So you aim to assess your knowledge of personal finances and how your first and last year students deal with your monthly income. The data collection was performed through a structured questionnaire with precise and objective questions. Applied personally on July 6 and 9, 2018, for 54 students, 32 of the first period and 22 of the last period. It is concluded that with the lack of a formal education system on personal finance, consequently, it damages students' knowledge with financial education and causing difficulties to manage their own money.
