Abstract

Given the difficulty of presenting a system for the strategic monitoring of a credit union, the need to implement a system was evaluated, aiming at simulating the application of the Fluid system as a tool to monitor the execution of the strategic planning of a credit union. credit. A case study was developed in a credit cooperative, seeking to provide contributory elements providing the presentation of this work. That is, it was possible to simulate four projects and identified as main advantages for the implementation of the system: process improvement, increased effective monitoring, risk reduction and influence on the degree of credibility, otherwise it is not possible to perceive disadvantages for the implementation of the monitoring system.
