Controladoria e gestão estratégica: uma análise sobre a perenidade de empresas familiares

Abstract

This research presents a theoretical approach through of a qualitative bibliographical research on the importance of controllership and strategic management for the perpertuity of companies. The goal of this work is to provide for the managers of the small family business information that allows the implementation of controllership and strategic management in its organizational structure. It is noteworthy that, after gathering the necessary information for the application of the family business control and strategic management, the main result was that the companies that choose this implementation have a better chance of surviving the first years of life, providing structuring for consolidation of the company in the Market. Considering the great representativeness of family enterprises in the Brazilian economy, this study is necessary since it provides information to reduce corporate mortality, thus promoting greater economic solidity for Brazil.
