Revisão bibliográfica e comparação de testes estatísticos aplicados a validação de metodologias analíticas na indústria farmacêutica

Abstract

This objective of this work was to theoretically evaluate different statistical tests which could be applied for homoscedasticity evaluation of data used in analytical methods validation in the pharmaceutical industry. For this, some of the most reported tests related in scientific literature were reviewed through a theorical verification of the suitability of each one in different situations. By analyzing this bibliographic review, it was possible to conclude that each test has limitations and hypotheses to be fulfilled and, therefore, a critical evaluation should be performed before choosing and applying the most adequate test when validating an analytical methodology.
