Grupos de pressão e suas influências no poder legislativo: um estudo de caso da câmara municipal de São José dos Campos

Abstract

There are external factors that influence legislative decisions. And this work is the issue of delimitation of the study of pressure groups and their influence in the legislative branch as well as a general goal, the paper attempts to indicate what were the kinds of pressure groups who have acted in the 16 legislature, trying to get influence the decisions of the directors. The study was conducted in São José dos Campos and as a data collection instrument , questionnaires were used with councilors and pressure group leaders in order to get their opinions on the subject. There was also the author's visit in camera sessions, which was observed all factors that can contribute to the work. As the result in the last chapter the author presents the answer to all research objectives and information that contributed to this work.
