Análise da satisfação no trabalho, aspecto psicossociais e a saúde do trabalhador

Abstract

This study aimed to identify job satisfaction, psychosocial aspects and worker health in a logging industry located in the southwest of Paraná state. To do so, first, a theoretical foundation was made involving the following themes: ergonomics in the behavioral aspect; job satisfaction and dissatisfaction; theories of satisfactions; psychosocial factors at work and worker health. This is a case study in which a questionnaire was applied to 37 employees. The results showed the workers' perceptions about job satisfaction, where they revealed to be quite satisfied. The analyzed psychosocial environment presents satisfaction for most workers, however, revealed indices of dissatisfaction in several aspects, such as: irritability symptoms, depression, intolerance and signs of unhappiness. It was found that employees are in good health for work, only one worker seems to have fatigue at the end of the day. It is concluded that the study identified the strength of work satisfaction relationships with health, they remained independent of sociodemographic attributes, highlighting the relevance of psychosocial factors at work in their relationships with health, mental health and ability to work.
