Abstract

In Brazil, the construction industry is one of the most important economic enterprises, however, the growth of the economic crisis has made the pace of growth in recent years making the market increasingly competitive. In this sense, the objective is to define the current labor market situation for the civil engineers trained in the last five years in the State of Paraná. The classification of the data was made based on the development of a questionnaire, which was sent to the professionals who were in it. Based on the answers obtained, this large part of the interviewees suffered from the impact of the relapse in the attempt to join and / or to remain active in the area, in addition, there is a lack of a job market. However, despite everything being dissatisfied with the current economic situation of the country, they believe that the scenario of the next may be better.
