Abstract

The architectural design defines the guidelines of an enterprise, being the architect often promote the coordination work of teams and other projects involved. The documentation and understanding of efficient all stages of this work are critical to project success. The main objective of this work is to identify the main factors that can lead to changes in architecture projects, and to prepare a roadmap that will support the control of change requests, seeking to avoid conflict and distress among the parties involved in the project. The methodological procedures used were the literature and application questionnaire for architectural companies that working in this city. Based on the literature and data from the questionnaires were analyzed the main causes of change request and its consequences and developed a roadmap through chips that assist in the prevention and control of changes. The results showed the use of often ineffective tools to control and lack of standardization of the companies in the design process, with regard to project management, change control and communications.
