Projeto de usina fotovoltaica de 5 MWp em São Luiz do Purunã

Abstract

This work presents a detailed project for the design of a 5 MWp solar photovoltaic plant, located in the São Luiz do Purunã region, in the state of Paraná, about 50 km from Curitiba/PR. The entire process is described, from field selection, solarimetric data acquisition, module and inverter technology selection, panel arrangement, utility connection, Opex, Capex and cash flow calculations, as well as all documentation and standards involved. Basic concepts on photovoltaic solar energy are presented, from solar radiation, photovoltaic cell types, difference between cell, module and panel, the characteristic curves of current, voltage and power, as well as the project itself, as well as previous land definitions and analyzes. Of the land, environmental analysis and steps to enable access to the local concessionaire. In the end, the technical dimensioning of the plant with modules and inverters, some financing formats, as well as the total investment value of approximately 21 million reais and the monthly expenses, which start at 1.5 million reais. After several analyzes, it is proved that, despite its complexity, the project is an excellent financial investment, with a payback of 8 years and may reach, over 25 years, an accumulated amount of approximately 182 million reais.
