Comparativo de produtividade em uma prensa dobradeira antes e após adequação a norma NR-12

Abstract

Nowadays people are talking a lot about accidents in the Brazilian industry. Since 2010 the inspection of machinery and equipment becomes increasingly larger and more critical as the norm NR12 was reformulated and now appears more rigid than European standards for protection of operators. Many machines are being discarded and others are being renovated to start operating within the norm, thus avoiding problems with inspections. There are around 2000 hydraulic press bending machine in Brazil, to pass in the reform, the called retrofit. The present study has its focus on this type of machines first the need was to make a study of machine productivity after the retrofitting, as many operators and employers complain about the drop in production that was observed after adjustment. Some even stop using the machine for the infeasibility made after adaptation. A study of production in a press brake was made for a week and after the retrofitting the study was conducted again twice, one before and one after the technical training for operators. The results were as expected, once, there is a small loss of production, but the study shows that the loss is not due to the fact that the machine has new devices but the operators began working within the standard limits and respecting some of the processes of these machines.
