Avaliação dos níveis de ruído de uma unidade de produção de combustível derivado de resíduo - CDR

Abstract

The intense and continue growth of the industrial and population, the uncontrolled increase of industrial residues worldwide production, the physical residues volumes characteristics represents and the areas insufficiency for the environmentally residues increase suggest that new techniques of treatment and disposal of residues need to be argued and evaluated. And the Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) production from class II-not dangerous residues for the fuel displacement used in clinkering furnace through the energetic reuse (coprocessing) in cement production factories is an excellent technological alternative. This work has the objective to evaluate the sound pressure level that the collaborators that practice operational and administration activities in a preparation unit of Refuse Derived Fuel-RDF are exposed. The measurement by dosimetry and the performed evaluation show that the collaborators working hours is not insalubrious. But the measurement by the sound level meter show there are sound pressure points exceeding limits of tolerance for noise therefore necessary to adopt ear protection equipment in order to neutralize the insalubrity.
