Uso do modelo cascata no desenvolvimento de um sistema para serviços de oficina mecânica automotiva

Abstract

Currently, companies are increasingly seeking to automate their processes to improve their organization and customer satisfaction. In the same direction are companies in the area of automotive products, such as workshops and auto parts, are also using software products for their better organization and convenience of their customers. However, even companies of the same segment have specific problems, being difficult a generic solution meet satisfactorily all them. The objective of this work is to develop a system for mechanical workshop in the city of Palmeira - Paraná, considering the specific requirements requested by the owner of this. For this, the Cascade Model was studied and used. The development took place through the phases of requirements analysis, system design and implementation. In addition to the requirements analysis with all parties involved in the project, a survey and analysis of similar systems was also carried out. As a result, a system that meets the needs for services of a specific automotive mechanic shop has been obtained.
