O transtorno de déficit de atenção/hiperatividade (TDAH) e os desafios no contexto escolar: o lúdico como principal contribuinte

Abstract

The present research aimed to clarify and address more about a disorder that affects many children and adolescents, Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as collaborate in the teaching / learning of these individuals, assisting parents, relatives, colleagues and education professionals, in an attempt to soften the low academic performance of these students, who have difficulties in reading , writing, communication and relationships, caused by the main characteristics of the disorder are inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. We will discuss the methodologies used in the classroom today and the stereotypes given to these ADHD students, who end up being excluded from the learning process, for not following the same rhythm of the class. Thus, detailed descriptions about the properties of the disorder, its historical path, diagnosis and treatment will be approached in this work. For the construction of this research, I was assisted by different authors who are specialists in the subject, as well as the knowledge acquired during my training and experiences. Finally, we will see the benefits that playfulness brings, when coupled with the teaching of scientific and the issues raised to inclusive education.
