Proposta de uma ferramenta de checagem que atue nas principais causas de reanálises de projetos de segurança contra incêndio e pânico

Abstract

Considering the damages and risks that a fire can cause, it is necessary to design block plan projects of fire safety and evacuation programs that the risk of accidents occurring is minimal throughout the life of the building. To design this projects, there are local technical norms, in Brazil called Technical Procedure Norms (TPN) elaborated by the Paraná Fire Department, that evaluates and approves the projects when it is conform. However, even with the support off all the TPN, project failures still occur, for lack of technical knowledge or negligence the technical standards. This study aims at a statistical survey of the projects submitted to analysis and validation in the Fire Department of the city of Pato Branco - Paraná - Brazil on the main failures in the block plan projects of fire safety and evacuation programs. From this study, it aims to elaborate a checking tool with the main technical standards requirements that must be considered to design block plan projects of fire safety and evacuation. This proposed tool can help professionals to reduce the number of project reanalyses, allowing the development of more efficient projects and greater safety of lives and buildings.
