Aplicação de controle estatístico e simulação na análise do processo de produção de calças sociais

Abstract

The companies in clothing area are increasingly engaged in the continuous improvement of its productive processes. Seeking quality, shorter delivery times, reduced cost and more satisfaction to its clients. Given the need to improve the production process in this area, the work developed here aims to analyze through statistical control of processes and techniques of computer simulation the production process of social pants in a confection firm. Initially, it was used technique of statistical process control to verify the stability of the process, looking the presence of special causes. In sequence, the process was analyzed by computer simulation techniques. The methodology used was the modeling through computer simulation of quantitative character and it is characterized as participative. A stochastic, discrete and dynamics model was implemented in the JAAMSIM simulation software. JAAMSIM is distributed under a free license software. The application of computational simulation allowed identify the constraint main of the process of pants production.
