Abstract

With the world in constant globalization and the emergence of new technologies every day, modernization and innovation are essential characteristics for a micro enterprise to have a national market. The present work aims to establish a technical diagnosis of the productive process of a company, based on the model adapted by Junges (1999). In this way it was determined the strengths and weaknesses that it possesses and so The company was consulted to evaluate the business in the city of Medianeira - PR. The research is of a basic nature, it is classified as qualitative, since the indicators are related to the internal and quantitative environment through the determined measurement parameters. We work with survey research, exploratory and descriptive. The information was collected with the means of producing a form for the person in charge of production. It is fundamental for the companies the technological diagnosis, because it is possible to have a control of the organizational situation and a technique of search and assimilation as appropriate measures.
