| Resumo: | Segundo os Parâmetros de Qualidade para a Educação Infantil, produzido pelo Ministério da Educação em 2006, a criança precisa de espaço para seu melhor desenvolvimento em cada fase de seu crescimento e quando existe superlotação esse desenvolvimento fica comprometido. As creches do município de Treze Tílias seguem os parâmetros curriculares estabelecidos pelas diretrizes da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, se adaptando de acordo com as leis vigentes, onde cada sala é dividida por idade e quantidade de crianças permitida pela legislação. Visto isso, tem-se como objetivo geral do estudo investigar como está a demanda, a oferta de vagas, a lista de espera e o funcionamento das creches municipais de Treze Tílias. Para facilitar o desenvolvimento do trabalho realizou-se um estudo documental, com o que a legislação vigente traz sobre a demanda de vagas em âmbito nacional, estudo de caso, com entrevistas realizadas com as diretoras das unidades escolares do município, coleta e análise dos dados levantados e comparação dos dados apresentados pelas diretoras sobre a situação no município Trezetiliense. Dessa forma, verificou-se que há muito o que se fazer quanto a aplicação dos recursos públicos municipais para melhorar a lista de espera no município. Conforme dados levantados a lista de espera que está em andamento mesmo sendo mínima, ela existe, e existindo significa que nem tudo o que está sendo proposto está sendo efetivado na prática, ou se está realmente sendo efetivado por que existe lista de espera? |
| Abstract: | According to the Quality Parameters for Early Childhood Education, produced by the Ministry of Education in 2006, children need space for their best development in each stage of their growth and when there is overcrowding this development is compromised. The day care centers in the municipality of Treze Tílias follow the curricular parameters established by the guidelines of the National Curricular Base, adapting according to the laws in force, where each room is divided by age and quantity of children allowed by the legislation. Given this, it is the general objective of the study to investigate how the demand, the vacancies, the waiting list and the operation of the municipal daycare centers of Thirteen Tílias are. In order to facilitate the development of the work, a documentary study was carried out, with the current legislation on the demand for vacancies at the national level, a case study, interviews with the heads of the municipal units of the municipality, data collection and analysis comparing the data presented by the directors on the situation in Trezetiliense municipality. In this way, it was verified that there is much to be done regarding the application of municipal public resources to improve the waiting list in the municipality. As data collected the waiting list that is in progress even though it is minimal, it exists, and does it mean that not everything being proposed is being implemented in practice, or is it actually being made effective because there is a waiting list? |
