A necessidade do MST desenvolver um canal de comunicação ao TJPR

Abstract

This survey thematizes the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra on its relation with the Tribunal de Justiça do estado do Paraná. The theme derives from the formulated problem, that has as an objective evaluate the need from the movement to develop a communication material directed to TJPR. The theme derives from the problem formulated for this research, that has the objective of evaluate the need of the Movement to develop a material of communication directed to TJPR, as a way to publish the movements actions. For such, the research proposes a few especific objectives. It begins with a bibliographical review about the land issue, the MST, the ruralists, distinguishing the positioning from both groups and identifying the communication means used by each one of them. Besides, it intends to colect elelments that can identify the position adopted by judges from TJPR through the analysis of fifty syllabus of the deals of TJPR that envolves the MST in the last 10 years. The research will regularize on the concepts of dialectics from Karl Marx and in the conception of social movement by Touraine, as also will base the studies of Gohn about social movements in Brasil and Carters theory about brazilian agrarian issue. Finaly, realizes a survey of colected data about the MST, and if necessary, informs the necessity to develop a communication channel destined to the Poder Judiciário paranaense.
