Proposta de automação do acionamento do sistema de retirada de óleo dos motores a retrabalhar

Abstract

This study presents the planning process of an automation system of oil removal from the engines to be reworked because of failures in the test run without combustion. The work contains a survey of the informations about the construction of a system that updates the already existent in order to decrease the rework time by the operator displacements, minimizing the delays in testing and influencing the reduction of parts that are in queue just waiting the end of the service at each of three Cold Tests. The creation of the project seeks a change using equipments such as inductive sensors, as well as changes in the test sector PLC program, boosting the oil sucking action. There are also studies on the costs for development, maintenance on the new system and on the data of the initial situation and on the improvement for being evidenced the gains and how the difference implies a positive result to the operation of the engines assembly line.
