Análise da implantação das práticas de sustentabilidade no setor da construção civil conforme o selo AQUA

Abstract

The objective of this work is measure the degree of sustainability, according the aspect of Eco-Construction, Eco-management, Comfort and Health, basic requirements of AQUA, in residential construction of Curitiba, Parana. Our work consisted of create a direct questions form with a scale of measure of sustainability and it was applied with technical responsible of different construction companies in Curitiba. We analyzed the data and performed a comparison between the degree of sustainability found in the different companies as size, age and quality standard. The results of analyses showed that many advances are being achieved related to sustainability, although, there is much to do in this field. Nevertheless, we identified that the innovation are being incorporated in the buildings under construction, without being mandatory, due to those innovation are more accessible and, for this reason, it is also more acceptable for the most part of the Construction Industry.
