Pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o uso de Big Data na avaliação de UX

Abstract

The objective of this work is to perform a bibliographic research on possible contributions that the use of Big Data can bring to the UX evaluation process of computational systems. It is sought to better understand the subject through the answer of questions related to the identification of research motives with the theme, interest groups found, computational tools used, procedures and techniques performed, and the impacts found in studies on the subject. To find the answers articles that contained evidence of the relationship between Big Data and the UX evaluation of systems were selected. Through the analysis of the studies it was possible to observe that the use of Big Data in UX evaluations is seen by the professionals that carried out the studies as a good way of complementing traditional UX evaluations, not as a substitute. The research also found evidence that the process increases understanding of users' real behaviors, enriches the results of evaluations, and provides a reduction in cost and time invested in the process.
