Sinapse: sistema informatizado avaliador do potencial de sinergia para equipes

Abstract

In the contemporary paradigm, one realizes that teamwork is of fundamental relevance, given the inherent interdisciplinarity of human activity and the increasing use of it in this globalized world. On that regard, the computerized system SINAPSE aims precisely on the estimation of the interpersonal cooperation potential on projects. Therefore, it employs a model, based on the theory of social networks, considering the multiple social relations and the dynamism over time in order to identify possible members for a team. The estimator system's environment is developed in the C# Programming Language based on the ASP.NET framework. Finally, with the SINAPSE's support, it is expected that organizations can form the best teams for the required demands.
