Sistema de gerenciamento de estoque doméstico - GESTOK

Abstract

Resource management is a reality in business and is increasingly present in people's lives because it enables to control it efficiently allowing, mainly, to save time and money. In this context, the aim of this work was to develop a domestic stock manager that allows you to manage the items purchased in supermarkets. For the design of this manager, it was performed a literature search about the themes involved such as smartphones, databases and embedded systems. Some tools in Excel presented in the discipline of Product Engineering as scope definition, WBS, schedule, among others, were also used. In addition, a field survey was conducted to assist the decision of product features. From this, it has been designed and developed a system of inventory management for domestic purposes composed of a module identifier for products purchased which will be located at points of sale in supermarkets; an application for smartphones with Android operating system; a database on a server to store information products and users. It was performed the integration of the module, the application and the database, tests were performed and it was also drafted a business plan. The three parts of the system were developed in parallel. The main benefit of this system is to improve the management efficiency of household consumer goods to the user, it allows saving time and reducing effort. The developed system (GESTOK) has features such as data visualization products in stock, creation of the shopping list, among others. However, not all possible functionalities were developed in this work, existing others that can serve as a reference for the development of other works such as sync shopping lists and displaying targeted advertisements to the user.
