Mapeamento e análise de patologias da superestrutura de 10 viadutos em seção caixão no Contorno Sul de Curitiba

Abstract

The viaducts of southern Countor in Curitiba have great importance for the local community once it became a logistics option for the transportation of the production of consumer goods, allocate much of the industrial sector in the region, and also to alleviate the traffic in commercial areas. This research presents a case study on mapping and analyzing the conditions in 10 viaducts of box section on southern Countor in Curitiba. It discusses the concepts about viaducts, and use its basic features. It also presents concepts of box section, its form, the main advantages and applications. It covers the concept of inspection, characterizing its forms and main aspects. Explains the concept of pathology, discussing its main manifestations. Through the case study were verified incidences of major pathologies, as well as its mapping and main causes, using a quantitative boarding of the pathologies recorded in the inspection reports, supplemented by explanations about the most commonly found pathologies and related causes, and recommendations about the design and construction of viaducts.
