Análise comparativa em obras de pequenas centrais hidrelétricas de acordo com a versão “as built” em relação ao previsto em projeto básico: estudo de caso

Abstract

The large work development analysis, since its initial step with the basic project creation, until the conclusion of the enterprise enforcement is of great importance to the engineering improvement in different areas, especially in the civil. Because it provides the factor’s evaluation that caused the work delay as well the quantitative differences related to the initial project. In this study it was evaluated some constructive parameters of four Small Hydro Power Plants’ work located in the south region of Brazil. It was compared values in the planning phase with the work’s final results. This comparative analysis enabled the discussion about the real efficiency of the preliminary studies of these works and others recurrent fails in the execution step. It was also made possible improvement suggestions in this process, seeking the time resources optimization.
